Seeking a dedicated full-time sprayer/equipment operator. Situated between Pratt and Great Bend, our state-of-the-art farm requires individuals with proficiency in operating John Deere sprayers, leveraging the latest technology. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate. A fundamental grasp of John Deere sprayers and basic math skills are necessary. Possessing a Commercial Applicators certificate and a CDL would be advantageous. Additionally, when not engaged in spraying, the candidate will contribute to other farming activities and assist in maintaining farm equipment.
An ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate expertise in operating sprayers or tractors.
- Have experience with center pivot irrigation systems.
- Exhibit self-motivation, capable of working autonomously or within a team.
- Possess knowledge of GPS and precision farming techniques.
