Kansas Potatoes is serous about the culture of agriculture. What we plant today is served on your table – and ours. That’s why we take food safety seriously. Kansas Potatoes is audited by a third party and meets Primus GFS standards. Our grading and loading facility is inspected each harvest. To meet our own standards, and those of our customers, we hold a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certificate.
Our food safety protocol goes beyond just the potato. We check everything from the fields, seeds and water to the equipment, employees, facilities and trucks.
